A Lot Of Love

Born in Memphis, Tennessee on 2nd august 1941, Homer Banks was an accomplished writer and singer. He teamed up with Betty Crutcher and Raymond Jackson to form the song writing team “We Three”. They wrote Who’s Making Love which was a 1968 hit for Johnnie Taylor and also wrote for The Staple Singers including the hit record Come Go With Me. Banks died on April 3rd 2003. His legacy includes a selection of Northern Soul classics including, Hooked By Love, 60 Minutes Of Your Love and A Lot Of Love.
