This 114 page book is packed with wonderful memories and photographs of John Raymond Taylor and his life and contribution to the Northern Soul scene. A warm and gentle man he always greeted me with a hug at Brighouse and he made several trips down to St Ives for our annual soul night.
We all have so many great memories of the man and whether I’m playing, Billy Butler, Nabay or J.D. Bryant, I’ll raise a glass to Ginger and always remember Tod is the centre of the universe and not to take myself too seriously.
